We’ve built the world’s Første sustainable tire factory, right in the heart of Ski, 20 min outside of Oslo. Our factory uses a revolutionary production method that makes it possible to replace traditional rubber in pneumatic tires with new, sustainable materials.
We are now looking for a hands‑on scale‑up experienced Head of Finance to lead the Selskap’s Finance efforts in a crucial growth phase, driving our mission forward to a larger scale.

The Selskap language is English, and the Stilling demands good English communication skills.
This Stilling is mainly stationed at the Selskap’s HQ in Ski, but remote possibilities can be discussed for the right candidate.
The RoleThe Head of Finance provides financial leadership with hands‑on operational execution, ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making. While partnering with the CEO and Executive Management team to make informed decisions that maximize value creation, the Head of Finance is a partner for data driven and operational financial efficiency and planning.
The Stilling oversees financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, working capital optimization, inventory control, cost accounting, payroll oversight, and external stakeholder reporting.
The right person will have the ability to balance the compliance rigor, have commercial insight, operational understanding, and the ability to support processes that scale alongside the organization’s growth trajectory.
What You’ll DoOverall, our Head of Finance will be involved in a wide range of financial strategies, efforts and tasks in the Selskap and collaborate across departments, with great influence on decisions supporting the Selskap’s overall strategies and goals.

Finding the right person that fits our Selskap environment, and mentality is very important when looking for our Head of Finance.
We are looking for someone who has the right “on paper” competences and also is personally motivated and enthusiastic for the opportunity to take the driver seat of the financial efforts in a Selskap with big goals and potential in a growing phase.
You preferably started your career in revision or similar to having the compliance foundation, and have later been working in business finance, controlling or accounting prior to entering a Senior or Managerial role. Overall, you know what it takes to run a profitable and compliant business.
You are experienced with growth processes, preferably in a Selskap producing physical hardware with a global supply chain. You feel confident entering this role with your existing skillsets and are still highly motivated and eager for further growth and success by reaching great milestones in your new journey.
