Overview

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Cashier to join our team in Os, Norge. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
  • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized
  • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
  • Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one (if non-Norwegian)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic equipment like cash registers, scanners, etc.
Salary

The salary for this Stilling is 1400$ per month.
