As Senior Digital Marketing Manager at XXL, you will lead and develop our digital marketing strategy across all markets. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across CRM, loyalty, media investment, social media, and marketing technology. You will be working closely with commercial, eCommerce and retail teams to drive sales growth, improve marketing ROI, and strengthen customer engagement. We are entering a new phase at XXL, and with Frasers Group as our new owners, we have an exciting time ahead.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal visibility and performance
• Lead and develop your team across CRM, loyalty, performance marketing, social media, media planning, and marketing technology
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure optimal planning, coordination, and evaluation of marketing investments, and align marketing priorities with business goals
• Responsible for agreements and collaboration with external Agencies and technology suppliers
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, best practices, and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation

Who are we looking for? Qualifications and Skills to Succeed as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager:

• Relevant education in marketing, communication, media, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience from marketing roles, including leadership responsibility
• Proven experience with developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies
• Experience from managing agencies and media budgets across markets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and performance measurement
• Experience with programmatic buying
• Ability to interpret marketing and business data to guide strategy and execution
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Ability to lead both strategically and operationally
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian/Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong collaboration skills; inclusive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
