What We Are Building

CYBRET AI is building Autonomous Security Infrastructure for modern organizations operating in complex, distributed, cloud native environments.

Our ambition is to move cybersecurity away from reactive, human‑dependent workflows and toward continuous, intelligent, autonomous security. We design systems that combine human judgment where it matters with fully autonomous decision making where speed, scale, and precision are required.

We make a strict distinction between automation and autonomy. CYBRET AI does not rely on static rules or predefined playbooks. We build systems that understand context, reason over exposure and attack surfaces, assess consequences, and make decisions based on real risk. Humans are involved only when escalation is necessary.

The Role

This is a senior design and engineering role with responsibility for how CYBRET AI is experienced by users.

You will work at the intersection of product design, systems thinking, and front‑end engineering. Your role is to ensure that complex security concepts, reasoning, and decisions are expressed through interfaces that are clear, trustworthy, and usable by security and engineering teams.

This is not a visual‑only role. It is about designing systems, flows, and interactions that support real decision making in high‑stakes environments.

Responsibilities
  • Product and System Design
    • Design user experiences that translate complex security reasoning into clear, actionable insights.
    • Work on system‑level flows across exposure analysis, risk prioritization, and decision generation.
    • Design interfaces that support both high‑level oversight and deep technical investigation.
    • Implement designs in production using modern front‑end technologies.
    • Collaborate with backend, security, and AI engineers to ensure fidelity between system behavior and user experience.
    • Structure complex data and workflows in a way that is understandable and scalable.
    • Define navigation, hierarchy, and layout principles across the platform.
  • Interaction and Trust Design
    • Design interactions that build confidence and trust in autonomous systems.
    • Ensure that users understand why decisions are made and when human intervention is required.
  • Design Systems
    • Help evolve a consistent design system that supports speed, clarity, and quality.
    • Balance consistency with flexibility as the product evolves.
How We Work

CYBRET AI operates fully remote. The team is currently based in Norge, but we hire internationally.

We recruit based on merit, excellence, and intelligence. We value clarity of thought, strong ownership, and attention to detail.

Team members are expected to work independently and collaborate closely across disciplines. A strong shipping mindset is essential; design at CYBRET AI must result in shipped, usable product.

Interest in complex systems, security products, and technical platforms is strongly preferred.

Writing or speaking about design decisions is optional but valued.

This is an early‑stage startup. The is high, structure evolves continuously, and impact is real.

We plan monthly social gatherings—weekend trips, cabin stays, and team events—and provide a dedicated budget for learning, tools, and professional development.
