-Lead automation design for study and tendering phases of HVDC & HVAC offshore wind projects.-Define, specify, and design automation and Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS).-Develop system philosophies, topologies, I/O budgets, and technical descriptions.-Verify designs from previous project phases, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.-Arrange and participate in meetings, workshops, and design reviews for the automation discipline.-Interface with other disciplines, contractors, and the client to ensure seamless project integration.

Language: EnglishSted: Asker, OsloWork schedule: Full-timeDuration: Fixed-term assignment from January 2025 to June 2027

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automation engineering, either from greenfield Oil & Gas projects or industrial ICSS system design.
• Proven experience with automation system design in FEED or study phase projects.
• Experience with tendering processes is highly desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, and IEC.
• Experience from offshore wind projects in Europe is considered a significant advantage.
• Must hold valid EX and FSE course certificates.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative work ethic.
