We are currently seeking a skilled Turner to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo, Norge. As a Turner you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines and tools to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate turning machines such as lathes, grinders and milling machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and job orders to determine specifications
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
  • Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary repairs
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
  • Proficient in operating turning machines and tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
  • Good communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus

Our Selskap offers competitive compensation of $1,600 per week along with visa sponsorship for the duration of the contract. This is an urgent job opportunity, so applicants must be available to start immediately.
