To accelerate our commercial growth, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and Stillinging Ulstein Digital as a partner for digital maritime solutions. You will work closely with the Commercial Director Digital Services, product management, technical teams, and other Ulstein Group companies to deliver compelling value to shipowners, operators, and maritime stakeholders.

Office Sted: Ulsteinvik, Ålesund or Oslo

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Ulstein Digital's services
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships across customer organisations and act as a trusted commercial advisor
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Work closely with the development team to provide customer- and market-driven insights
  • Collaborate with other Ulstein entities to deliver integrated value proStillings
  • Contribute to marketing activities, events, and commercial campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven commercial experience in B2B sales, ideally within maritime technology, digital solutions or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of maritime operation, vessel systems, or digital transformation in the maritime sector
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian
  • Ability to work independently while collaboration across teams and companies
  • Willingness to travel as required
