A reputable radio station in the city of Os is seeking a skilled and motivated Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our radio broadcasting equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair radio broadcasting equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other related devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with broadcast equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute live broadcasts and special events.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on radio equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations while working with electronic equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Radio Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of radio broadcasting equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas, etc.
• Familiarity with broadcast software such as Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1,500 per month for this full‑time Stilling.

This Stilling is located in the vibrant city of Os. We are open to candidates from any nationality who are eligible for employment in the Land.
