Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Svalbard. This full‑time Stilling offers a competitive salary of $1100 and does not include accommodation. The role is suitable for men who possess their own visa.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery to excavate, move load, and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects.
• Perform routine maintenance on the equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators.
• Valid operator’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit to withstand long hours of sitting and operating heavy machinery.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Capable of working well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with other team members on the construction site.
