About the roleWe are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Analytics team and help turn data into insight that drives real business decisions. You will work as an analytical partner to teams across the Selskap — spanning finance, operations, sales, marketing, product and ESG — making sure the right people have the right data to make better decisions.
This is a hands‑on role where you will own specific areas of analysis end to end — from understanding the business question, to building the data model, to presenting findings directly to stakeholders. You will be part of Finance department and have direct exposure to senior leadership, which means your work has visible impact from day one.
Key responsibilitiesServe as an analytical partner to teams across the Selskap — finance, operations, sales, marketing, product and ESG — understanding their needs and delivering analysis that supports better, faster decisions
Build and maintain the data model, dashboards and reports covering revenue, margins, operations, inventory, product, and performance in both B2B and B2C channels
Work closely with our external data integration partners to support seamless data flow and efficient use of our analytics stack
Support financial analysis including contribution margin tracking, cost decomStilling and KPI reporting
Responsible for ESG reporting and analytics, including data collection, validation and contribution to sustainability reporting processes
Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance or a related field
2-3 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, finance or similar roles. Graduates with a strong analytical track record are also welcome to apply.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect data to commercial outcomes and business performance
Proficiency in SQL, datapipeline/modeling and familiarity with ERP systems, BI tools and AI tools area plus. We currently use Business Central and PowerBI at Db.
